Our affiliate, CVI Valuation Services, LLC conducts freestanding business appraisals, as well as formal Fairness Opinions.

CVI Capital founded in 1987 was established for the purpose of providing publishers and related information industry companies with a level of corporate finance expertise not readily available to them. While the largest United States and foreign media companies have long had the benefit of expert consultation and assistance with complex corporate finance matters, this same expertise has not always been available to smaller privately held companies.
