CVI Capital represents companies that are “for sale”
in their entirety (i.e. 100%), or only in part by offering for example

seller of a company/division, CVI assists in reviewing business
options; establishing fair market value of the assets (and company);
creating and executing a tailored marketing strategy; negotiating
purchase price & terms; then closing the transaction in conjunction
with our client's legal counsel.
CVI Valuation Services
CVI-VS provides free-standing valuation services to public and private
companies for a variety of purposes. Middle market-sized companies
often need an independent, outside valuation for fairness or adequacy
opinions, Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP) or individual estate
and gift tax purposes.
